SSR Book Exploration Read Around
(3 minutes per book)
Write down the title, author, and a short summary about 5 books that you are interested in reading for SSR this semester. I am collecting this list in class today.
1. Gym Candy by Carl Dueker
This novel details the rise and fall of high school football star, Mick Johnson. It will probably be about how Mick will experiment with steroids to try and become better at football. It also might show what can happen to teens (the gross consequences) when they do steroids.
